Legal Representative

Responsible for the registration and registration update of nonresident investors. It is also in charge of meeting Brazilian regulators’ requirements regarding the activities of our clients.

Tax Representative

Responsible for the fulfillment of tax formalities from the nonresident investor clients before Brazilian authorities.

Custodian

Responsible for the custody and control of positions of nonresident investors into segregated accounts with the Clearinghouse, organized OTC systems, and current accounts.

Main characteristics

Opening of segregated current and custody accounts

Pre-match reconciliation of all transactions

Settlement of trades against receipt or delivery of cash or assets, as the case may be

Custody of securities in segregated accounts on behalf of the investor

Control of derivatives positions in the forward, futures and options markets

Reconciliation of positions held or registered with the clearinghouses, settlement systems and brokers (brokerage firms)

Provide daily analytical reports

Exercise of subscription rights, including rights for the acquisition of unsubscribed securities, as requested by the client

Foreign Exchange

Counterparty services for the purchase and sale of foreign currencies.
